I am an analytical, intelligent and visionary thinker bringing a measured, combinational style of communication and a principle based approach to coaching and facilitation. I specialise in highly skilful communication for demanding contexts and in the field of facilitating behaviour change or negotiating crisis. I have a deeply empathic instinct for client centred experience or ambivalence.

My scope of experience spans the corporate, clinical, community and, pastoral teaching sectors and ten years’ tutoring and lecturing of health professional post qualification practice based knowledge modules at Sheffield University, UK. I have a strong track record of well evaluated verbal presentation, publishing, curriculum writing, team building and facilitation experience with team development processes. I offer a tailor made range of personal, professional and organisational development coaching and learning systems. I will personalise my approach for your need whether it be one to one exploration; curriculum based group learning or more formal platform speaking for larger audiences.
