I am Founder and President of Leap Innovation. My company specializes in helping private business owners achieve and sustain new levels of performance both personally and professionally.
After a successful twenty-five year career in senior engineering and leadership roles at large corporations such as Intel, Salt River Project, Orbital Sciences, and Sandia National Labs, I left the corporate world to launch Leap Innovation LLC in 2007. In 2010, I acquired The Alternative Board (TAB) Valley of the Sun franchise to help business owners grow their businesses and themselves. Also in 2010, I became a founding board member for Global Business Bank.
My expertise is in business planning, product development and quality management. I am a PDMA-Certified New Product Development Professional and a RAB-Certified Quality Management Systems Auditor. I am also TAB-Certified as an advisory board facilitator and business coach.
My community is very important to me and I actively serve on the East Valley Young Life committee and as a volunteer for Extreme Faith Productions. I have served on the PDMA International board as Vice-President of Association Development and as the book review editor for the PDMA Journal of Product Innovation and Management.
My greatest joy here on earth is my family. Tina Marie, my beautiful wife and soul mate since 1984, and I have been blessed with two wonderful children -- Joshua Robert and Jenna Lee.
I've always enjoyed reading John Maxwell's books but it wasn't until I started attending a weekly Christian men's business group that was studying "Today Matters" when John's teachings became more meaningful. I began listening to "Minute with Maxwell" and was thrilled when offered the opportunity to be part of the John Maxwell Team to help others reach their full potential.
