It all started when I realised life had dealt me a bad hand. I unexpectedly lost my 7-year-old daughter Maya to natural causes. I struggled to cope with life and constantly worried.
I then learned that the quality of my life depends on how I respond to life’s challenges. I decided not to let negative thinking rob me of the things I really wanted – happiness and love.
When I asked God’s help to find my soul mate, I got daily visions of a man who came into my life and became my husband. This inspired my book, He’s the Amazing Dream That Came True, a poetic story of love, faith and determination.
Here is the secret of happiness that I discovered: Don’t worry about the worst things that could happen to you, because they usually don’t. Think of the best things that can happen and offer a prayer of faith.
As a coach, my dream and calling now is to help clients grow personally, get out of their own way and walk confidently in their higher self. In my workshops, mastermind groups and coaching sessions, clients who believe in their dreams can start to turn them into reality.
