My desire to positively impact the lives of others is what led me to join the John Maxwell Team. I approach life and leadership from a common sense perspective.
I have spent the last 20 years as a church staff member, leading teams of volunteers, as well as employees. Currently, I am the Leadership Pastor and School Administrator for Celebration Church/Crescent City Christian School in the New Orleans area. Effectively implementing the principles and practices found in John Maxwell’s material has helped me to reach new levels of success in my life and work. Leading, scheduling, organizing, planning, and training have been the focus of my career. Influencing others so that they can reach their potential and helping teams discover the role that personalities play among team members has been, and still is, the theme of my work.
