As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
I am excited to be a part of the John Maxwell Team Founders Circle. Like John, my passion is to add value to other people, teams, and organizations. I partner with clients through coaching, speaking, or training to help them reach their maximum potential. I have experience leading numerous and diverse teams and organizations.
I was a high school educator for 24 years in roles including teacher/coach (most victories for any boys’ basketball coach in school history, Athletic Director, and Principal. Under my leadership, the school embarked on a 3-year, $58 million construction and renovation project, resulting in a state-of-the-art facility. During my tenure as principal the graduation rate improved from 79.0% to 92.1%.
I am committed to help my coaching clients be successful in all aspects of life. My clients include entrepreneurs, business executives/professionals, non-profits, and any growth-oriented individuals who receive customized coaching on leadership development, goal achievement, and work/life/family balance to help make their dreams come true.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, I host a monthly leadership roundtable and leadership seminar that is open to the public. I speak to groups of all sizes, providing customized training and keynote presentations on leadership development, success principles, mentoring, teamwork, etc. In addition to coaching, speaking, and training, I lead the Family Ministry team of 14 staff and 250 volunteers at Faith Promise Church, Knoxville, TN.
My education accomplishments include a Bachelors degree from The University of Tennessee and two Graduate degrees from Lincoln Memorial University.
My most significant leadership endeavor is partnering with my wife, Emily, in parenting our children, Zach and Maggie. As a lifelong student of leadership I am honored to be associated with the John Maxwell Team.
