I've always found inspiration in lessons of true leadership. As a collegiate athlete, I learned invaluable lessons in teamwork, self-discipline, and high performance. My educational background includes a BBA in Marketing Management from Baylor University, and a Master's in Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I've been blessed to serve within a variety of multifaceted organizations, performing in different levels of leadership responsibility. As I continue my own journey of learning and developing as a leader, I'm always drawn to the truth and principles grounded in the work and teachings of John Maxwell. The John Maxwell philosophy is congruent with my own commitment to being goal driven, strength-based, and solution focused in living out my life as a leader, husband, Dad, and Granddad. My passion and goal in life is to teach, equip, and empower people to realize their potential. Joining the John Maxwell Team as a certified Coach, Speaker, and Teacher has launched my own skills and vision to a whole new level.
