I was introduced to John Maxwell in 1999, and have been developing my leadership skills ever since. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Oklahoma City University. My engineering degree equipped me in becoming an innovative problem solver. It enhanced my ability to comprehend systems and processes quickly, seeing the many variables that contribute to each. My natural strengths of inspiring and encouraging others to build on their talents allow me to teach others in ways that make sense to them. This unique combination of natural strengths and developed skills enables me to provide effective coaching, training, and speaking. My passion is to facilitate growth.
