As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
I have been teaching these leadership methods to my own staff and leadership teams for over 15 years. My passion is to help people reach their maximum God given potential. I believe this is done by teaching people how to make right decisions knowing that “decisions determine your destiny.”
I have been in pastoral ministry for over 25 years. Using these leadership methods and principles I have had the privilege to lead four churches to growth, start and host a radio program, lead marriage conferences, and serve as president or chairman of the board for several organizations. I have also had the opportunity to speak internationally in Venezuela, Brazil, and Romania.
My association with John Maxwell began over 15 years ago when I was given an Injoy Life Club leadership tape. Since then I have followed John consistently through his conferences, books, and audio lessons. His leadership teachings have made a difference in my own life as a leader. Now, as a founding member of the John Maxwell Team, my goal is to teach and mentor others using John’s leadership principles to add value to them and their organizations.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Campbell University and a Masters and Doctorate from Liberty University Baptist Theological Seminary. I have been married to my wonderful wife, Rhonda, for over 32 years. We have two children and three totally awesome grandsons.
